Registration Form for PEPPOL Identity and Transmission/Routing of E-Invoice

Note: This form is intended for end users (both Buyers and Suppliers) to register for a PEPPOL Identity through Mysoft and our Access Point partners. The data that you provide will be shared with our Access Point partners to create the PEPPOL Identity as well as to enable the transmission and routing of e-Invoices.

I hereby authorise Mysoft, and their Access Point partners, to register for a PEPPOL Identity and undertake the transmission and routing of e-Invoices for and on behalf of my company.
